With her latest single “Same Page,” Kootenay’s yacht-pop riser Paris Pick leans into something slower, softer, and more reflective. Known for her breezy grooves and throwback charm, Pick dials down the tempo to explore what it means to fall out of sync with someone you still care about. Co-written and produced with Jordy Walker, the track floats on warm keys and golden-hour shimmer, grounding its sweetness in emotional weight.

“This one came from a place of acceptance,” Pick says. “It’s about realizing you can love someone and still outgrow the rhythm you once shared.” That sentiment lands gently, never bitter, as she sings with clarity and grace over the kind of groove made for quiet drives and unspoken goodbyes.

“Same Page” is the third taste of her upcoming third album Third Time’s A Charm, out September 5 on Neon Moon Records. If the title suggests anything, it’s that Pick is finding her footing by being unafraid to tell the truth — even when it hurts a little. This is Paris Pick at her most honest, most grounded, and maybe even her most luminous.
